MINIMUM CHARGE 

The minimum charge for every ride is $45.00.


NO CALL, NO SHOWS will result in a “cancellation fee” being charged before or at the time of your next ride. The cancellation fee is the price of your ride. Example: If the cost of your ride was $45.00, the cancellation fee is $45.00.

CANCELLATION & Refund POLICY

If you do not show up for your scheduled ride this is considered “automatic cancellation” and will result in a cancellation fee being charged before or at the time of your next ride. The cancellation fee is the price of your ride. Example: If the cost of your ride was $45.00, the cancellation fee is $45.00. We will send a ride confirmation before every ride that requires a customer response. If a response is not received, this is considered automatic cancellation and will result in a cancellation fee. We will always provide notice if your ride has been delayed/cancelled for any reason and greatly appreciate the same courtesy.

  1. If we are not able to complete your ride or we have to cancel for any reason, we will provide a full refund.
  2. If you book your reservation and have to cancel the same day, we can provide a full refund.
  3. If you book your reservation and have to cancel the next day, we can provide a 50% refund or a full credit to your account for a future ride based on availability.
  4. If you book your reservation and have to cancel two days later, we can provide a 25% refund or a full credit to your account for a future ride based on availability.
  5. If you book your reservation and have to cancel three days later, we can provide a full credit to your account for a future ride based on availability.

*All reservations are considered booked once the payment is processed. Also, cancellations have to be submitted during our normal hours of operation (6 am to 10 pm) to be eligible for cancellation and refund guidelines.

AFTER HOUR PRICE

Between the hours of 10pm - 6:00am is considered “after hours”. 

To avoid the after-hours rates, schedule rides between 6:00am and 10:00pm.

Between 10pm - 11pm, the minimum charge is $45

Between 11pm - 12am, the minimum charge is $55

Between 12am - 6am, the minimum charge is $75

Between 10pm - 11pm, the minimum charge is $45


Between 11pm - 12am, the minimum charge is $55



Between 12am - 6am, the minimum charge is $75

ADDITIONAL STOPS

Additional stops are allowed and are subject to an additional cost that is based on the amount of time you spend at your additional stop. The fee is equal to the time spent at your location. Example: If you have an additional stop and it takes 20 minutes, the fee is $20.00.

The cost of your ride is subject to vary depending upon distance, time of day, additional stops and wait time.
